1 bedroom bungalow built to a high specification with underfloor heating and floor tiles throughout. Set back on a desirable country road and rural location only 5 minutes drive from the M1 motorway centrally locating you within commutable distance from the East Midlands. Providing your home comforts as well as an added ‘wow’ factor with a relaxing holiday feel. Lounge and kitchen area is a welcoming and open space where you can relax and prepare your meals. Infant travel cot, high chair or booster seat can be provided upon request and please state if you require bedding for the cot otherwise we will presume you will prefer to bring your own. We are dog friendly, but we do insist that if you wish to bring your dog(s) that you check availability and book them into the kennels located on site - Tomlinsons Kennels and Canine Centre - for the duration, as they will not be allowed in the bungalow itself. Assistance dogs being the only exception. You will be given a discounted rate on the kennel booking under these circumstances. Please also respect that we do not allow smoking or vaping in the bungalow or on the property. In light of covid-19 our cleaning regimes have been scaled up to conform with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) cleaning guidelines. In addition, we use the services of a specialist pest control company who’s skill sets, products and equipment provide quick and efficient microbial sanitisation services with a fog that sanitises every surface of everything within the property and once dried (approximately 1 hour) the property is safe to enter. This treatment is carried out at least 24 hours prior to next guest arrival. For longer term rentals we are happy to provide additional cleaning services at an extra cost. Please discuss you requirements with us. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the bungalow and its patio area, as well as it’s own private parking in/out area in front on the bungalow. The bungalow is road frontage with screening hedge. Other things to note Well located to experience the National Forest and there’s plenty to do in Leicester city centre which is only 15 mins by car. High cross shopping centre, museums, cinemas and plenty of eating places to cater for all tastes.
