Recently refurbished period home in the south east of Ireland which is steeped in local history and recognised in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage. An ideal getaway for family and friends to enjoy a break together and/or work remotely if needed. The space Four double bedrooms upstairs, kitchen/dining, living room and well stocked library room on the ground floor. The river Urrin runs along the large front lawn of the property which is recognised for sea trout fishing. Amenities include an asphalt tennis court and fishing in the river that borders the front lawn There are a number of golf courses and spa facilities within 15 mins drive of the house. Beaches 30-45 minutes away. Guest access The residence is in a secluded, secure location just outside Enniscorthy town and is accessed via electric gates to the property. You are free to wander the grounds of the house during your stay which includes an upper garden, tennis court and rear field that runs down along the river. Guests should respect the risks associated with a river running along the boundary of the site. Please keep a close eye on small children playing on the front lawn or in close proximity to the river. Other things to note The River Urrin rises in the Blackstairs Mountains and flows southeast to join the Slaney just south of Enniscorthy town. This is primarily a sea trout fishery (licence required for sea trout fishing) and the weight of the trout is 0.75lbs and the fishing can be very good.
