The space This is an extremely private, custom built, quiet home with separate access and off street parking. There is a lovely front patio with a stunning view of Mingus Mountain. Known for the Old Town Main Street District's recent revival, Cottonwood is home to 8 tasting rooms including some of the area's premier wine, a quaint shopping district, local restaurants, and evening night life. The stunning view of Mingus Mountain is a special treat at sunset. The Cactus Pad is uniquely positioned giving you access to a host of local fun, adventures, historic monuments, kayaking, biking, hiking and more.
