Relax on the front porch or for more privacy hangout on the deck in back, or retreat to the backyard. Bike path is only a block away, great for walking dogs. Gas and charcoal grills available for cooking out, if you request it. We also have a portable fire pit so you can have a little fire in the back yard. We provide both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Several ground coffees are provided and we provide some K-Cups. The entire house and yard will be yours for your use and enjoyment. Off-street parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Garage use for up to one car or space for bicycles is available for additional fee. Please request garage use upon booking.We may sporadically be in and out of garage to access lawn equipment. This would only be during daylight hours. I try to give people their privacy, but I only live a one minute away, so if you need anything, or just have a simple question, please do not hesitate to contact me. I personally designed and built this house for my parents in 2003. I built it for them across the street from my family because I knew we were in a safe area and they would feel comfortable in their home. 5 min from I-90, I-39, and U.S. Bus 20. 3 min from restaurants and large shopping center. 10 min from downtown Rockford. 15 min from Rockford airport, and SportsCore & ISC . Both Madison, WI and Chicago only an hour away. EV charging station near mall 2 mi. away. Access to home will be provided via electronic door lock codes. Guests may request use of 4th bed. Please notify us upon booking if you will need sofa bed in loft. We have driveway space available for 4 vehicles. There is no street parking allowed. Please do not book if you need space for more than four vehicles.
