Central Park north spacious residence

Talk to me about longer/shorter stay. Newly remodeled, furnished spacious 1 bdr apartment which is very spacious for NYC standards, high ceilings and sunny- facing south side in historical, famous, stunning building w secure gate entrance. Just steps from Central Park, a block from express subways 2,3 train or C, B train. Alternate street parking by the building. New, hip, great bars, coffee shops and restaurants near me, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, Lidl.. and shopping as well. The space Air consistently purified w blue air machine purifier. After each guest soon clean w revolutionary technology, which removes and kills bacteria, germs and bad odors and keeps the air neutralized, clean. All done ecologically. Also taking extra care to disinfect more frequently the entire apt between reservations. We also sterilize and disinfect pillows, towels,blankets etc. This is to keep you highly comfortable and keep my place like a brand new. It is above average place to stay- according to all guests. This apt is also great for stay home and working from home set up due to high speed internet. I do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and make you feel like you are in a 5 star resort. Hypoallergenic bedding with designers names sheets, towels and firm very comfortable mattress. Guests don’t wanna leave:) Elevator in the building. Subway is right on my block 2,3 express train and or C,B train on the other side of my street. City Bike block away! Whole Foods is few streets away on 125 str. CVS, Starbucks, Chase bank, grocery stores also block away. This neighborhood is hip and upcoming and all new great places are opening and lot is happening w all the advantages for less $ than downtown. Lot of places to see and things to do around here. Restaurants are really good around here! Guest access Building is gated w historical and beautiful grand entrance- very famous and known building / key access / very secure and very nicely taken care off w garden/courtyard. Apt is located on the 6th floor w elevator. Also in front of the apt entrance door is another secure locked door which is only for this apt and my neighbor. Elevators buildings are rare in nyc so take advantage of this "luxury" feature.
