Welcome to our studio! Located at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay, just a few minutes from the beach, you are the perfect distance from just about everywhere. Stay at home and relax in one of the biggest pools in the area or wander down the beach at sunset to see what's happening in town. Whatever you choose to do, you'll be glad you decided to stay here. The space Talanguera Townhomes features some of the best architecture to be found in San Juan del Sur and the most common first response to our garden and pool areas is "wow". The studio apartment itself comes fully equipped with bath and pool towels and everything you need to prepare a romantic dinner for two. Guest access As our guest you will have access to all the common areas including the pool, garden and BBQ pit as well as your own private patio and seating area. Other things to note Also note our electricity policy; Each rental day includes 20 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the unit including responsible use of the A/C units. For perspective, this equates to approximately $55 USD of electricity per week. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 12 cordobas (~$0.45 USD) per kilowatt hour.
