Not a full kitchen (no sink) but there’s a bar with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, toaster, dishes, etc. 2 TVs w/ local HD, Amazon, Netflix. Walk out to big yard. Owner occupied upper level, but both spaces are separate and private. Family friendly! The space Over 1500 sq ft of space! Plenty of room for a group or family. Entire lower level is yours, we live on main level. Private entrance through garage and no shared areas. Short drive to airport and about 20 mins to downtown Nashville. Shopping and restaurants minutes away. Guest access Enter property through garage. Garage parking and remote available. Laundry room, den, eating area/bar, bedroom, bathroom, walk-out backyard (accessible through double doors), fire pit, lower patio/deck. We live above on main floor but all areas are separate. Other things to note We live on upper level and have children. You may hear us walking, etc., just like in an apartment. Parties are strictly prohibited as well as guests not on the reservation.
