Guest access Discover our modern gym, fun game room, inviting lounge areas, refreshing swimming pool (remember, swim caps are required), relaxing jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna. You can even try out the squash court. And if you need to clean your luggage, we have a communal laundry/dryer room. All this is complemented by a spectacular 360° panoramic view of Quito from the building's main terrace. First, we have a beautiful lobby to access the building. On the second floor, we have a spa area, which includes a heated pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and changing rooms with private lockers. On the third floor, we have a spacious gym with a wide variety of equipment. We even have a boxing area. On this same level, we also have a laundry area. On the fourth floor, we have a games area, complete with table tennis, billiards, darts, board games, and relaxation areas with TVs. Currently, the ONE building is one of the tallest and most modern buildings in Quito. I invite you to enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the entire city of Quito. It's wonderful. Security Policy: To ensure the safety and exclusivity of all residents in the ONE building, outside visitors are not permitted. Only registered guests on the reservation have access to the building and the apartment.
