I live with my 13 year old son in the Kingsbridge Heights section of the Bronx, (borderline Riverdale) close by to several hospitals and colleges. I am looking to provide a quiet, cozy, private bedroom, to the studious/ working type. I am in a great location, which is a block away from transportation; the #1 TRAIN, the Bx1 bus, Bx10, and the Bx9 bus. Manhattan College is a short bus ride away. This listing is our guest bedroom; equipped with all you might need. Dine out or pick up for take out. *HOUSEKEEPING* Keeping your private bedroom clean, neat, and organized is a mandatory requirement. (No overnight dishes in the room or clothes on the floor.)
