Very well equipped covered terrace. 3 min by car from the beach. A studio located in the basement of the villa is attached to the rental . Resorts rental liability insurance required. The space The villa, very clean, is located at an altitude and allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, especially from the covered terrace, swimming pool, kitchen, living room. The terrace is a very friendly place with the pool in its extension, in the middle of a setting of flowers and greenery. An additional table allows a group of four to indulge in board games. For groups of more than 8 people, a studio located at the basement of the house, is available. Guest access The villa tenants have access to the three habitable levels. Gate entrance with access to parking/levees and ground floor with terrace, indoor living room, outdoor living room, swimming pool, kitchen and pantry. Entrance door giving access to the master bedroom, bathroom, toilet, access staircase upstairs composed of three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Ground floor terrace with outdoor staircase giving access to the studio (One bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette, sitting area, furnished terrace with sea view) Other things to note Safety. The villa has an alarm connected to a 24-hour remote surveillance standard. A remote control attached to the key ring is given to the tenant on the day of arrival for the activation and deactivation of the system. The pool is equipped with an alarm system and for young children two watch-almars are available if they can't swim.
