In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed. Guest access The entire condo is reserved for your exclusive use. Other things to note **Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After three guests, the rent increases by $35 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
