Sea Grape Cabana @ Condado Del Mar with parking

The location is in the heart of the city but at the same time it feels like you are right on the beach. We just finished a complete renovation of this apartment, everything was gutted out and redone. The decoration has some rustic furniture mixed with modern finishes. It has many tropical details like the colorful bed sheets/coverlet/pillows, paintings and accessories still the cabana is clutter free and simple, everything in the cabana has its purpose. Hope you enjoy it... The space Stay in your own private cabana in the top floor with breathtaking view of the ocean, palm trees and Olympic/heated size swimming pool. The Sea Grape Cabana is located in Condado del Mar with direct access to the Condado beach in San Juan. Even though this magnificent cabana seems to be miles from the city, it’s located in the heart of Condado. Condado is a nicely tourist area where one can walk around to restaurants, sports bars, casinos, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and stores. Condado it’s about 15 to 20 minutes from San Juan International Airport by car, taxi or Uber. This cabana has been completely remodeled top to bottom and decorated with a tropical relax ambiance but with luxury details and top features like a comfortable queen-size bed and futon/sofa bed, all linens and pillows. It has a new air-conditioner (slit-unit with remote control), TV (internet only) & WIFI. Even though this cozy cabana is ideal for a couple, it has the necessary space to accommodate two children. There are available two beach chairs, ice cooler & bucket/shovels. The pool is right below from the cabana; there you will find lots of lounge chair to relax sunbathing or just relaxing under the umbrellas or the Sea Grapes tress that surrounds the pool area. Also you can enjoy in one of the picnic areas, or if you decide to use any of the BBQ's around the pool area we have the utensils available in the kitchen. - Bathroom with hot shower - Toiletries (shampoo & conditioner, lotion and soap.) - Linen sheets, bath & beach towels provided - Closet (hanging & shelving space) - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cook top, toaster, pots, pans & utensils. - Private parking spot - For your convenience we have a "wall mount key box" Check-in time 3:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am (There is a Mini-Mart in the building where you can store the luggage for a price of $5.00 ea.)
