Our condo is a great place to relax, close to the beach for fun in the sun. The space Our condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath and is on the 2nd Floor of Building 4 of Hilton Head Resort. Our unit accommodates a maximum of 5. It is fully furnished and stocked with amenities for an enjoyable stay. NO SMOKING, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Must meet Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to Rent this unit. KITCHEN: is well equipped with dishes, silverware, tea/coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, dish soap and ceiling fan. DINING ROOM: Table to seat 4 comfortably and a breakfast bar with 2 additional seats. LIVING ROOM: is a great place to relax on either the sofa or chair. A 50-inch TV with access to HD cable channels is available for your use. Free Secure Wi-Fi is available. MASTER BEDROOM with a King bed and plenty of drawer space for your clothing. A 32-inch TV with HD cable viewing is available. GUEST BEDROOM: has a full bed that can comfortably sleep 2 along with a twin size for one additional guest. A 28-inch TV is available to watch HD cable TV EN SUITE MASTER BATH: connected to Master Bedroom, full tub and sink. GUEST BATHROOM: is located off the hallway with a full-size tub. Each bathroom includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, facial and body soaps. Bath towels are available for use within the unit only. At the end of the boardwalk, you find “Coco’s on the Beach” bar and grill (closed during the winter) and beach volleyball court.
