Two bedrooms have king size beds and two have queen size beds, as well as a queen sleeper sofa downstairs, a twin pull out memory foam sleeper in the office and also upstairs in the living room. This home has a downstairs full kitchen with everything you need to cook and clean. Bring your own food and spices. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available with a compliment of ground coffee and pods. The upstairs living room is very cozy and has a wood burning stove. We even provide your firewood. The hand made, black walnut, 9' dining room table seats 10 guests. The downstairs living room has a wood burning fire place. The 2,800 square foot home and almost 4 acres off of Highway 62 is a private rental. There are rental storage buildings on the back portion of the property and there is some thru traffic on our private road. There is video surveillance on the outside of the property overlooking our storage buildings and outside of our garage area only. The property manager lives nearby and can assist you at anytime. Eureka Springs has something for everyone! Deb's Gathering Place is on Hwý 62 West just 8 miles from downtown Eureka Springs and 1 mile from the river. Canoe and Kayak floats can be reserved for groups on request. Arkansas White River Cabins outfitting service picks up and drops off at the house. Be sure to reserve yours early as supplies are limited. Deb's Gathering Place does allow children and pets. We do not allow parties.
