Set in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful perennial garden at your private entrance, there's a garden with seating and fire pit to enjoy quiet moments. Inside, a beautifully decorated space provides for all your needs in a lush tho industrial chic design. The loft can sleep 2 kids/teenagers. All amenities can be accessed on one floor with no barriers. The space Features include a fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, pots/pans/dishes/utensils, spices, etc. A dining table/chairs, smart TV, wifi/internet, queen size Murphy bed, rainfall shower, books and games, basic first aid kit, full closet and storage, parking adjacent to entrance, smoke/ carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. 2 plush adjustable floor chairs in the loft fold flat to 4 ft x 2 ft X 6 in mattresses for children. Guest access Parking is right in front of the studio/loft and just a few steps from the door. Accessibility for persons with disabilities as there are no steps!
