Charming Craftsman Cottage, Centrally Located

VERY CLEAN, welcoming home, complete with kitty**. Five minutes from downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to the ocean, 10 minutes from UNCW, down the block from "Lucas's house" ( from TV show One Tree Hill). Down the block is Wallace Park, a lovely greenway that goes for miles, with Burnt Mill Creek running through it. We are located in historic Carolina Place, a quiet residential neighborhood on the National Register of Historic Places. **My kitty, Mr. Biggers, will remain in the house. The space My home is a warm, cozy, inviting space, full of art, with a fully stocked kitchen and open floor plan. It is all on one floor with five steps up to lovely front porch. there is on-street parking directly in front. My place is ideal for a quiet getaway. It is in a family friendly, diverse neighborhood. children are welcome but the house in not "baby proofed." Guest access there are beach chairs, as well as high end washer and dryer my guests can use. Other things to note **My kitty, Mr. Biggers, will be staying in the house while I'm gone. He is totally independent but likes to schmooze. He's fine with children. He has a cat door so comes and goes as he pleases. But he would need to be fed. I totally understand if this is a deal breaker
