The studio features a fully equipped YesterTec mini kitchen with a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, coffee and tea maker, All-Clad cookware, and premium Wüsthof and Sabatier knives. The entire apartment is powered by 100% renewable energy, offering an eco-conscious stay. For skiers, the ski-in access provides a seamless experience, best suited for advanced skiers. For others, it’s an easy walk down to Mill Street and across to the gondola. One parking pass for private condo parking is included, with additional street passes available for $8 per day. The studio accommodates up to three guests and has delighted visitors for decades with its comfort, style, and prime location. With SkyRun management, you can enjoy a seamless and professionally supported stay, with local guidance and tips to make the most of your Aspen experience. This property is on the third floor of a complex and requires stairs to access. There is no elevator. ***Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges. Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood.
