This charming half-duplex features its own private entrance and a fenced backyard—perfect for keeping your furry friend safe and close by :) Relax comfortably with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, all in a relaxing coastal atmosphere designed to help you unwind. You'll have exclusive access to your side of the house, which includes a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 50-inch Roku TV, plus a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa and another Roku TV (feel free to enjoy our Netflix account!). There's also a private laundry room just for you, equipped with a washer and dryer. We've stocked every room with essentials to make you feel right at home. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler are provided for your beach adventures! The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be thoughtful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. Dogs are welcome with prior approval (up to two dogs), and there's a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet. If you're traveling with a service or emotional support animal, please keep in mind that assistance animals should remain with you at all times and not be left alone in the home. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats. To help you settle in, we've provided starter essentials like liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and doggie bags. Fresh bath and hand towels, extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are also available to ensure your comfort.
