The space In the heart of San Antonio's lively Uptown area, you'll find a cozy little guest house that feels like your own home. As a traveler, you'll enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV with local channels or login to your favorite streaming membership, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The property boasts a well equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals. This is a no smoking facility. Cigarettes, vaping, or other forms is strictly prohibited inside guesthouse. Any damages from above description, will result in costs of professional fees, linen replacement, furniture replacement, painting, filters replacements, etc, will be billed to guests. Smoking, vaping is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. PETS: All pets must be approved. Please inquire before booking. Pet fee is non-refundable and must be paid before arrival. Pet Fee: $125 per stay, 2nd pet $50. Service animals welcome but additional cleaning fee will be charged to pay professional cleaning team to remove pet dander. All sevice animals are required to be with guests at all times. Service animals left unattended inside unit alone will result in mandatory pet fees. City code: Leash and pooper scooper required. An animal owner or keeper shall not walk an animal without a leash restraint, and shall not guide or take animals onto the yards or driveways of property not owned, leased or occupied by the animal owner for the purpose of allowing the animal to defecate, but shall keep the animal in the public right-of-way, and shall carry a container and implement for the sanitary removal of the animal's fecal matter from the public sidewalk and public right-of-way adjacent to any property with a structure or other improvements thereon.
