ACCESS DETAILS: STATE PARK ACCESS: This home provides 1 seasonal state park passes with reservations booked to arrive during the summer weeks (mid-June - Labor Day). Each pass allows 1 car-load of people to access the lake access area at Deep Creek Lake State Park at no additional fee, plus nearby state parks including Swallow Falls State Park, Herrington Manor State Park, and New Germany State Park. Instructions for obtaining these passes can be found in your check-in instructions prior to your arrival. COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS: This home is located in the Overlook Mountain Villas Community at Deep Creek Lake. Access to the DC Highlands Community Associations amenities, including use of the community pool, pavilion, restrooms, tennis/pickle-ball court, basketball court, and playground. We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog.
