This private cottage is across the street from a beautiful uncrowded white sandy beach at the entrance to the historical village in north Longboat Key. It is on a canal with a dock and gardens. It is all on the ground floor with two bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms. It has a large screen television with cable and excellent wifi You are welcome to bring your well behaved dog. The house is a great combination of privacy and convenience with the beach, shops and restaurants a short walk away. You will have access to the entire house, the garden and the dock. From October through May we live a mile away so could be available if our guests have any needs. The Village is a great place to walk or bike. The beach is easily accessible and we provide beach chairs to enjoy sitting on the beach or you could walk for miles along the gulf shore.
