All apts will show up & you can then view them to book! Coconut Palm is one of the two UPSTAIRS apts in Green Palm Villa. All guests enter through the front door, & then proceed to THEIR OWN PRIVATE apt door. Our SUPER location allows a 15-minute walk to downtown Ft.Myers. The Thomas Edison/Henry Ford Estate is about 5 blocks from here. The beaches are only about a 25-minute drive straight down beautiful McGregor Blvd, so you can get to the beach easily without having to pay high beach rent!! Being so close to downtown with all its activities and restaurants has proved to be a real bonus for our guests. Guests all comment that our apartments are so COMFORTABLE & CLEAN and AMPLY furnished. Guests have free use of our washer & dryer which is downstairs at the back of the house, off the garden area. Our TROPICAL GARDEN provides a private space for relaxing, reading, & sun bathing. COVERED PERGOLA WITH MISTERS to cool the air! Extra gazebo and dining table. WIFI extends to the backyard also! The Weber grill is great for cooking out & the spa is nice for adults to unwind at the end of the day. (Use of spa limited to contract guests only & those over age 17.) No smoking/vaping in the building, but one may smoke outside in front or back yard. Central Air & Heat shared with other upstairs apt. Guest access Fully fenced, private garden, w/new covered pergola, misters to cool the air; hammock, grill, dining table, loungers, gazebo with seating, screened spa area. Note: Must be over age 17 to use spa and be a contract guest. Bikes, beach equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, in garden shed. Free use of downstairs laundry room at back of house in back yard area. Other things to note All guests share our very large back yard, with it's many seating arrangements, the grill, gazebo and spa. Note: Spa may be be used by contract guests only & must be age 17 or older. There is also a pergola out front with small dining table & chairs - great for morning coffee or breakfast! Park in driveway in front of house. Friends of guests should park behind guest vehicle or in front of house to leave space for other guests.
