My Cleaning Service follows all recommendations from the CDC and uses EPA Certified multi-purpose disinfectant on all hard surfaces, steam cleans bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. I have added 36 hours in between bookings to allow for thorough cleanings and to ensure the safety of all involved. Garage, office, electronics closet and hallway closet will be locked. This is our home, when you're not here, we are. Other things to note We do have neighbors and they want you to enjoy your stay as well , so no parties or loud noises and visitors of guests are not part of the rental agreement, any evidence of such may result in a fine. The garage and office upstairs is locked and not part of your stay, this is our personal space. Entry to the "electronics closet" is strictly prohibited and any evidence of such will result in a fine!! Everything is already set up for your use. Please take a moment to thoroughly read the House Rules. It will help both of us. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE the house. Any evidence of such will be considered a violation of "House Rules". We do have security cameras inside our home. They ARE NOT active (they are unplugged) during your stay, please do not touch the cameras. At times I may be able to grant early check-in or a late check-out, please ask in advance.
