2br/3b home in a quiet neighborhood with access to all S. Austin has to offer, yet a private oasis backed by a greenbelt. BBQ grill, fire pit, double patio make this venue perfect for a romantic getaway or entertaining. As a world traveling artist I selected this unique property to renovate and make my home. Every inch of the home and grounds is lovingly decorated with original art, trinkets and details that embody the 'Keep Austin Weird' spirit. Texas ranch style, cedar, cactus and bones. The space Large living room with high end furnishings, antiques, lots of natural light and a large TV (Netflix/Chromecast). Dimmable/controllable lights (Alexa). There is a full bathroom on ground level. Dining area adjacent to fully-equipped kitchen; connected patio with BBQ grill. Coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, all needed utensils. Spacious master bedroom upstairs with modern walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a dual vanity, king bed, apple TV and a private patio perfect for sunsets. Second bedroom has a full bathroom adjacent. Private fenced yard with lights, fire pit hammock and seating to enjoy. Oversized chess set and corn hole. No street lights and outside the city limits so you can see the stars. We allow family functions, bridal, birthday parties, photoshoots, music videos, movies, commercials and other creative endeavors! Guest access Street parking available. If you need additional parking in the home's carport please mention that, as I will need to make arrangements to accommodate you. Please note, garage currently serves as my personal space so this area is unavailable to guests. Closet space is available as well but limited. Other things to note 2 night min., but feel free to inquire about 1. No Smoking indoors (outdoors is fine, ashtray provided). Pets allowed outside of home; No pets indoors. No loud music outside please as it disturbs our neighbors. Camera located outside for security purposes. I be will stay on site and perform daily cleaning and bedsheets change. On Departure: + Please close and lock all windows and doors. + All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The house should be left the way you found it, dishes in washer, and counters wiped down. + No need to re-make beds. Dirty linens in washroom. + All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can outside.
