We give 10% of all profits from this home to City Team’s North Portland shelter for women and children, which provides transformational housing and addiction recovery support. 3. Weekly cleaning required for stays longer than one week. We will coordinate a time that is mutually convenient and send a $80 charge through the Airbnb platform. 4. There is storage and an office above the guest house that your host may access via an external staircase. Most guests never hear anything and we installed extra sound barrier between the floors during construction. However, if you are sensitive to noises, you may hear footsteps. 5. If you're highly sensitive to light during the night, you will want to close the shade on the bedroom door at night because the neighborhood cats and raccoons do set off the motion lights outside.
