It has a living room and family room, which makes it easy for families or professionals who work from home. You have access to the bay for swimming, fishing, kayaking and duck hunting when in season. We are a 5 minute drive to Long Beach ocean beaches and boardwalk. My favorite part is the Spectacular Year Round Sunsets. The space Walking distance to the LI Railroad with a 50 minute train ride to Penn Station, Manhattan. 5 minute drive to our beautiful Long Beach ocean beaches with 4 adult beach passes available. Guest access There is a yard with direct access to the bay and use of kayaks. Propane BBQ on private front porch.
