The front and back of the house are all windows with a view wide of beautifully landscaped Canal and Dock, (Dockage not included but can be booked separately.. also 45' Motor Yacht that can be booked separately for Sunset/Cocktails w/Appetizers Cruise) Waterfront is 80 feet long with lots of seating / lounging under the LED Umbrellas or dining or cozy around the fire table on the huge Travertine Patio.
