With access to the studio's nearby elevator, you will be just steps away from the Gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort. Guest access The Marriott Grand Residence Club features a large year round heated swimming pool with two outdoor spas, state-of-the-art health club with sauna, and fully-equipped fitness center. There is also a fee-based onsite spa with massage therapy, facials, and body treatments. Other things to note Guests are required to sign our rental terms and conditions before the booking is finalized. A copy of our rental terms and conditions will be forwarded upon request. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: Any and All Cancellations - Loss of one night’s lodging cost. Prior to 30 days of Arrival – Refund less one night’s lodging cost. Within 30 days of Arrival – Full Amount Forfeited unless unit is re-rented for same period of nights. Within 30 days of Arrival – No Reduction of Dates to Reservation. Notice of cancellation must be in writing with postmark or email. Guests are required to pay a departure cleaning fee (currently $84.00) directly to the Marriott at check-out. The departure cleaning fee is annotated in our rental agreement but is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Marriott. Approximately 10 days before occupancy, guests will receive a confirmation notification that includes a confirmation number, guest name, arrival date, departure date, room number and the latest information on Housekeeping/departure cleaning fee. For skiers and boarders, use the Marriott’s convenient ski valet to avoid struggling with equipment back to the condo. Complimentary Washers/Dryers are available for all guests and the nearest to our studio unit is located adjacent to 5252.
