Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. This home has a security device: A camera at the front porch and one at the back porch. This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay. Dogs only 25 lbs and under. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home, no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Chinook features a single-car garage: Parking for 2 cars total, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property.
