Old Victoria is located near Evms, ODU, Ghent and downtown Norfolk, VA. This one of a kind and charming Victoria era home was built in 1904. One of two units, located on the third floor, is equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom with a reading nook. *This is a monthly rental listing. Includes all utilities * The space This quaint victorian property with a touch of modern aesthetic has a beautiful character to it. Since it is over 118 years old it does show some aging. However, this unit is homey, beautiful, clean, and overall charming stay! Guest access Guests will have entire floor and private unit to themselves. Parking Access: You can park in front of the house or inside the driveway (positioned diagonally). Washer and dryer on site! Other things to note We are located in the Heart of Norfolk, known as the greater Park Place neighborhood, right outside of Historic Ghent.
