Bathroom: - Newly remodeled, top of the line material, - Towels, - Hair Dryer, - Soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner. Guest access Guests have no access to the rest of the house. Guests have access to all amenities in the bedroom suite and private bathroom and the kitchenette as well as the backyard , BBQ, Patio and the pool. The backyard is beautiful, the pool and the Jacuzzi are available June to September. If you know you’ll be using the pool or Jacuzzi, please let me know at booking time, especially if you want to jacuzzi heated. It takes about 1 hour to heat up prior to use. So, please communicate and plan ahead. Thanks. Other things to note Business travelers like our place because it is close to Silicon Valley companies. Tourists like our place because it is within 1 hour drive from most Bay Area attractions. Union City BART is 5 minutes by car, about 30 minute walk. Dumbarton Bridge (5 minute drive) takes you to to Menlo Park and the peninsula. SFO is 45 minutes. SJC is 30 minutes. Please feel free to use the backyard to relax and enjoy the sun and nature. If you have a 3rd person, young adult, a child, we have an air mattress and can provide additional beddings and towels for the 3rd person at $50 extra a night.
