The space Enjoy a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an open, clean design featuring neutral colors and plenty of natural light. Start your day with a coffee at the bar or prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, complete with a central island and tall stools, perfect for gatherings. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area and cozy family room, ideal for relaxing, playing games, or watching a movie. The family room offers a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Video, plus Alexa for music, weather updates, and news. The master bedroom includes its own bathroom, shower, walk-in closet, and a 40" smart TV. Two additional bedrooms (queen and twin beds) share a stylish bathroom with a tub. If you're here for work, there’s a dedicated space for meetings or calls, complete with printing capabilities. Relax or play in the spacious backyard, ideal for kids and pets. Enjoy the seasonal spa and heated pool (subject to additional fees). The hot spa is complimentary and can be heated on demand up to 100°F. Pool heating is available for $50 per night (with 48 hours' advance notice) and is set to 90°F. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Additional cars or boats may be approved with an extra fee. This is a pet-friendly property (subject to host approval and an additional fee). Please note that there is an attached studio with a separate entrance. Other guests may be staying there during your visit. The backyard and pool area are shared with the studio, so others may be using these spaces at the same time. Guest access Entire house unit plus parking and back yard is included. You can get access thru keyless locks; code will be provided before your arrival. The pool and parking is SHARED with the studio next door. Other things to note By booking this space, you confirm that you have read and agree to the rules and charges outlined below. Please ensure that all guests are aware of these terms. Guest Honesty: Please be truthful about the number of guests. A $25 surcharge will apply for any unlisted guests, and additional guests without prior notice. No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. No Parties: Absolutely no parties allowed. This includes DJs, bachelor parties, prom events, or any large gatherings. If a party or event is hosted without written permission, you will immediately forfeit your stay without a refund and a $500 fine will be charged to your credit card. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any signs of smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated trash can. Respect Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors. Do not park in front of their homes—only use the driveway and avoid blocking the driveway entrance. Noise Policy: A strict noise policy is in place: Daytime: 60 dBA between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Nighttime: 55 dBA between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect these limits to ensure a peaceful environment. Pets: Non-aggressive breed pets are welcome for an additional fee. Service animals are also welcome with a letter from a veterinarian or doctor. Guests and Children: Please disclose all persons staying at the property, including children and infants. Infants (0-2) stay for free; children (2-12) are charged the same as adults. Cameras: There are external cameras at the main door, front, and backyard. No cameras are located inside the property. ID Verification: All guests making a reservation are required to provide a valid ID prior to check-in. Please also provide necessary access information.
