You will find six private rooms in this 5000 square foot farmhouse & four bathrooms (two full, two half), 65-inch screen TV with cable, a comfortable lounge, a large kitchen, a professional size bar, & a small pool table on 13 acres of country living with wrap around decks for resting, reading, sunning., dining, drinking or meditating. Swimming areas & ski lodges are close to house. We always have BBQs on decks with outdoor lighting & seating right outside of the french doors from the immense kitchen to your outside cooking & dining area. Rooms are clean with three queen and six twin beds with air personal conditioners. You will be amazed at how you will enjoy yourself in this 5000 SF, 1800 farmhouse! Please note, there is a two-night minimum with $250 cleanup fee & damage deposit of $600 which will be returned upon a proper inspection of the house after your departure and all is well. Guest access You are renting. a private house & are not sharing with strangers. You are totally safe and protected. Parking is easy and for lots of cars, we have a washer & dryer in the house. We have wifi, at&t & Verizon & spectrum access with a landline house phone as well. We are one of the houses that still offers cable for guests who stay behind & rest. There are lots of music and movies to choose from as well. Our house is perfect for a fun and comfortable experience. It is big enough to enjoy your large family or group of friends. Yet you easily can find space to have privacy, get away from everyone & rest. Other things to note We have large areas for ball playing and sports. When appropriate we can offer our guests additional private property to enjoy. There is a stream for swimming or fishing, you may hike & play on the property as well. It is very private and has an additional 12 acres around two miles away. This house is priced for nonholiday weekends or weeks, New Year Weekend pricing can be more per night three-night minimum. Other holidays may be more as well, please, inquire before booking a holiday weekend.
