Relax in this Top Unit 3BR/2BA in Oceanside Village, a gated Surfside Beach resort, with private beach parking & access with showers and restrooms. Inside: open living area, full kitchen, Smart-TVs, in-unit laundry, and comfy bedrooms for families or small groups. Community include 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, kiddie splash pad, fitness center, tennis & basketball, bocce, and fishing lakes. Minutes to Surfside & Garden City Piers. Your easy coastal home base for fun and relaxation. The space Golf carts can be rented inside the community only. No outside carts allowed. The community rented golf carts are only allowed to the beach and all the wonderful inside community amenities. These rented carts are not allowed to be driven outside of the community. We can assure you that your time here will create lasting memories with your loved ones. Let us have the pleasure of hosting you and your families! We only book Saturday to Saturday during JUNE,JULY & AUG. Requested mandatory information needed 48 hours prior to your arrival for security protocol for access into the community. We rent our home from Saturday to Saturday during June, July & August, we have a 3-night minimum during the off-peak season. We ask that you provide your own paper towels and paper products and garbage bags. We provide you with a starter package of 1 paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 4 laundry pods and dish soap and coffee pods. We provide bed linens and bath towels for the home. We DO NOT provide beach towels or chairs. $140 nonrefundable cleaning deposit. NO PETS. We are a short driving distance to many tourist areas, such as Murrells Inlet, Garden City, Pawleys Island & Myrtle Beach. The airport is only a 10 min drive to this location. There is a gas station and grocery store only 2 minutes away. Free onsite parking for up to 3 vehicles, we have an overflow lot for additional vehicles to park. Our gated/private community with beach parking & access is available for season renters. Enjoy all our amenities that hotels don't offer. Booking Sat to Sat during June, July & Aug other months inquire. This top-level unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's a short walk and 2-minute golf cart ride to the beach! We provide free linens for your entire stay. You can rent a golf cart within our community if needed. No outside carts allowed. Use of rented community golf carts are to access the private beach and our communities' amenities only. You can't drive these carts outside of the community. Our home will provide you with comfort and amenities needed for the perfect getaway.
