The space This beautiful Florida home is a duplex style home and has a salt water pool. The home is located just three blocks walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico, Crystal Beach! If you also love to golf enjoy the world-renowned Innisbrook Golf Club's Copperhead course and Island course, with additional courses from expert to novice, just four miles away! Our Key West style, Crystal Beach Hideaway, is also just steps away to access the Pinellas Biking Trail. If your looking to jump on two wheels to enjoy the sites! You can rent bikes from one of the local bike shops. If you're an avid cyclist bring your bike the complete bike or walking trail is 45 miles long, and literally borders our property! Return back to the ocean, to enjoy Crystal Beach. Crystal Beach is just 3 blocks walk from home and was voted #1 in Tampa Bays Best, "Best Beach Sunset," which is both relaxing and spectacular. Return then back home, swinging under the oak tree, while you prepare your campfire in the out door fire pit for the evening or even better for another dip in the tropical pool. This place has it all! Our Crystal Beach Hideaway has a complete kitchen with everything you need to grill, cook, and dine at your place. If you're planning to grill your fresh catch of the day, a barbeque grill is conveniently outside your door. Publix food store is just a few minutes away. If you care to not cook, there's an abundance of lovely restaurants nearby to experience our local flare of great foods! When it's time to lay your head to rest, our Crystal Beach Hideaway duplex home has: 3 Queen beds 1 Queen air mattress 1 Pack n Play 1 bath that has a walk-in shower, with a granite bench seat, and plenty of bath and beach towels during your stay. Each room has its own room controlled air conditioner and heating unit for a great nights sleep. To experience the tropics, you can enjoy the outside, under our two covered porches. We have plenty of seating an more then a few outdoor dinning tables to enjoy a meal and your evening beverage around the pool deck. Outside your door, enjoy a campfire in the evening or sun rays around our salt water tropical pool during the day, with chaise lounges and comfortable seating! Complimentary firewood is available on our property. Visits to Tarpon Sponge Docks, Dunedin, and Clearwater beach rated #1 beach in the nation are must-sees. There is an endless number of things to do and even great nightlife after the sun goes down! If you have a boat, bring your boat! This small beach community is in the heart of many great beaches and endless boating experiences. We have a free community boat launch just a few blocks away! Rent kayaks and paddle boards at Honeymoon Island! Take the Ferry over to Caladesi Island from Honeymoon which leaves the dock daily for dolphin watching! Our Crystal Beach Hideaway is in a prime location, you'll find it as a one of a kind! Here are some fun Spots and Beach Information: Pinellas County Beaches have a Jolly Trolley available, which frequently runs along Gulf Blvd. Honeymoon Island- 6 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes away). It's an all natural beach with white sandy beaches and no commercial buildings! Clearwater Beach- 12 mile drive (approximately 25 minutes away). Voted #1 beach in the US by TripAdvisor. White Sand with lots of shops and restaurants. Fred Howard Park Beach/Sunset Beach- 8 mile drive in Tarpon Springs. Caladesi State Park Island- Accessed via Honeymoon Island. You must take a Ferry Boat to get to the beach or you can rent Kayaks at Honeymoon to go to Caladesi. Crystal Beach- 3 blocks away. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets and fishing. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks- 5 mile drive, which is known for their authentic Greek food and Sponge docks. Lots of tourist-type shops and restaurants near the water. Pinellas Trail- within steps from the home, it’s a 38 mile bike/walking trail stretching from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg. Local restaurants, Publix grocery stores (only .5 miles away) and additional activities/things to do will be included inside the home when you arrive. Join us and you'll be surely pleased with your vacation choice! We highly recommend each guest purchase travel Insurance for there trip in the event an emergency arises and you need to cancel. It typically is inexpensive and will cover you. (CFAR) cancel for any reason is typically a good choice for this. See you soon! Guest access This is a key west style duplex home. You will enter with your own key code to your downstairs private unit that is all your own and not shared. You have use of two downstairs porches, pool , and pool patio, fenced large yard, a grill, and fire pit and shed out back of house. The pool is accessed by a self latching gated and fenced area around the pool for safety. There is a large shed in the back of house for your use with a few beach things you may take to beach and anything else you might find in there is all for your use. Please remember to bring back anything you take to beach and rinse off the sand with fresh hose water before you put back in shed for next guests. We understand family or freinds sometimes drop by to visit our guests while here. Under Airbnb liabilities it is prohibited to have any unregistered overnight guest stays, parties, any use of pool and fire pit area is also prohibited for unregistered guests. To discuss registering to have a unregistered guest stay overnight after your arrival, or to discuss any unregistered guest that might like to visit you here for the day while on your stay, please always message me anytime in to discuss having special arrangements for this. All guests either registered or any unregistered guests that may be visiting while here on our property all agree upon entering onto our Airbnb rental property to release host from any and all liability claims of bodily injury from any use of hosts property while here on a stay with us, you all agree it is at own risk using our property, pool, fire pit, bikes, grill, yard swing, any trips for any type of falls, fire, drowning, death, or injuries, etc. any rental property can be a hazard to you or your guests while here and it is at your own risk of use. Any unregistered or registered guests either visiting or our registered guests all agree to this release of claims to host or hosts property if a claim arises while renting and agree to a verbal non written waiver to release host for any and all liability claims for there safety while using this rental property and just by being present on this property is a complete there verbal agreement that they all have full understanding by entering onto hosts property they are giving host there full consent wavier to release host and hosts property for all liability for any bodily injury or other injury claim to host that could incur while being here on hosts property under this booking agreement with either host or any other booking agent. All guests either registered or unregistered agree to a release host of all liability of injury waving any of there right to claim injury of use of property or its amenities under this booking or any rental agreement verbal or non verbal, all are in agreement by entering onto hosts property under this booking to your consent (either or), if you are a registered or unregistered guests just visiting our guests you all agree by your physical presence on hosts property you all agree to hosts wavier of release of liability to host and host property, and you all give your full unconditional consent to host and Airbnb this hosts wavier of release of host and hosts property for any and all liability injuries to you (registered guests) or your visiting (unregistered guests) that may be incurred during this Airbnb booking agreement. Other things to note Pool opens to swimming at 9am to 11PM. Swimming pool is not heated. ****Note: We have a beautiful old oak tree by pool area on property that we hang a swing from. We always try and have our pool sparkling clean for you to enjoy, but you will find at different times of the year leaf debris that’s been blown into pool by the wind. This may look somewhat unsightly for some guests when this does happen. Our excellent reviews we work very hard for and they mean the world to us. This saying if you think this might bother you then you may not want to book with us around leaf season, lol. Our beautiful old oak tree leafs are unsustainable to keep from the pool at times, if I may suggest on windy days you can always skim before you swim. :)
