The outdoor spaces are just as special. The lanai, pool, and riverfront setting create a peaceful backdrop for long mornings, sunny afternoons, and evenings spent reconnecting with the people who matter most. Please note: guests are welcome to enjoy the river views, but the dock is not available for guest boat use. Guest access Its all about you. You will be the sole visitors. Other things to note If you happen to stay during the Moonrise schedule, we highly recommend planning to be home and ready to be overcome by the enormity and beauty of the moon rising up over the water. ALWAYS bring your camera when you head down to the dock. Unfortunately no events (loud parties) or groups larger than what the house accommodates are allowed. We do apologize but the dock is not available for boats. Additional fees: -- Heated pool fees are based on energy costs $15 per day. -- Pet fee $150 for each stay for up to two dogs with advance agreement. Dogs must be up to date with vaccines and flea/tick treatment. We try to be very responsive. Please just ask us any questions, we will accommodate where we can and be transparent where we can't.
