Your own private bedroom and bathroom on the second floor of the Home. Very clean. Free Wifi. SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Hulu and etc. Very safe neighborhood. Stress free access to freeway with a 10 minute drive to Downtown Sacramento and 5 minute drive to the SMF Airport. Plethora of Starbucks, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Target, Fitness Centers, and Cinema within 1-2 mile radius. 450 ft walk to nearby Huckleberry's Subway, Papa Johns, Poke eats. Guest access Guest may have access to Washer/Dryer on second floor upon communication with Host. During your stay Host(s) will be home most afternoons and evenings, and may be available at your service if need be. More than likely may not see me. Other things to note Free and Safe Street Parking. Kitchen is inaccessible for guests for any cooking purposes (Microwave may be accessible upon communication with Host).
