Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass to Church Street. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Free parking for 4 cars on the property. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms, sleeps 12, with 3.5 baths. Two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table. The property is dedicated to my mother, Barbara Rose Patterson, who loved vacationing with her family every summer on the Eastern Shore. The house is a quiet oasis perfect for families, couples, and groups who are looking to relax at the beach in a clean, well-appointed home that is filled with thoughtful touches that will make your vacation special and carefree. The home is a 10-minute drive to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches and a 5-minute drive to Jungle Jims, the Fresh Market Grocery Store, Planet Fitness, and restaurants including Blue Coast, Red, White, and Basil, Thompson Island Brewery, Grill Fish, and the Fractured Prune. Rosewood Beach House has a large kitchen that seats 10 with an attached screened porch with additional seating for dining or relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is plenty of dishware, glassware, silverware, and cookware. The kitchen has a double oven, an island cooktop with seating, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a microwave. Outside, the backyard has a propane grill and a fire table, which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying late-night sips of wine under the glow of bistro lights. There is also a tree swing to enjoy. Rosewood has 5 bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and include fresh bed linens. All bedrooms have TVs and windows that provide natural light. There are 3 bedrooms on the top level and 2 on the lower level. The very spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, a lovely sitting area with 2 daybeds, a wall-mounted TV, a bathroom with a double vanity, and a top-floor outdoor deck. There is an additional full bathroom on the top level, a half bath on the main level, and a full bathroom on the lower level. Bath, face, and wash towels are provided. There are two living rooms on the main level, which provide plenty of space for guests to gather or find some private time. There is a large Roku TV with Xfinity located in the main living room, and Alexa is located in the 2nd living room (which is known as the Indoor Beach Relaxation Room).
