Enjoy panoramic views from our treetop deck or cozy up by the fire while enjoying a good movie or book. Ideal for a writer's retreat or remote work, our internet is faster than our internet in LA! House layout: Two flights of stairs from the driveway up to the first floor First floor - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom - master bedroom sleeps 2 on the queen bed - second bedroom sleeps up to 4 (full, twin/twin bunk) Second floor - living room/ kitchen/ dining/ 2nd bathroom - living room has a one-person sleeper sofa Parking and Driving We have space for 2 cars on our sloped driveway. If the driveway has snow before your arrival, we will plow it for you. Guest access - Fully-equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils you need to prepare and eat a nice meal - Amazon and Netflix accounts with thousands of free movies and shows. Guests can access the lake and use the walking path, rent boats (kayaks, paddle boats, fishing boats, stand up paddle boards), and go fishing. Swimming beach has a modest entry fee. Other things to note We prefer to rent to people who have a complete profile and can include some information about themselves and the nature of their stay. Please include the ages of each guest in your party under the age of 25. Any additional guests added to your party after confirmed reservation must be registered and paid for, or will result in loss of deposit and extra surcharges. Please note that we have two Blink security cameras on the outside of our property. One points at the steps and one points at the driveway. The purpose of these cameras is to help us to monitor weather/snow conditions and to ensure the security of the property.
