Trash service is included - guests will not need to take any trash out. This home does not allow any type of smoking, vaping, or tobacco products. Dog Friendly (all animals need pre-approval) Pets are allowed at an additional fee of 100.00 per animal. No cats allowed at this property. In times of inclement weather a 4x4 or AWD vehicles may be required. Motorcycles are prohibited in the community. Please contact the host if you plan on trailering them to the cabin. The host lives in the neighborhood and is available for any last minute needs and/or issues that arise.
