Luxury 5 Bedroom Family Beach House Beautiful resort style HEATED pool with water slide, sun lounges, umbrellas, covered poolside dining table - Electric heater in Pool so the pool can be used all year round (need 2 days notice to get warm if not already set) Outdoor dining, BBQ & Bar Fridge on balcony and 180 degree lake views Lake Boat Ramp 3 kms away Patrolled beach 3km away Backyard kids playground - swings, cubbyhouse, climbing gym, trampoline The space Sleeps up to 10 people with new furniture and brand new matresses on all 7 beds. The twin single beds in Bedrooms 2 & 3 can be pushed together to be used like a king bed if preferred. Other things to note The pool (as of Aug 2023) has an electric heater that can maintain the pool at 26-28 degrees all year around. If not already up to temperature the pool takes 2 days to warm up.
