This lovely home is a short walk to Manasota Beach. It has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 3 bdrms & 2 baths. A private pool and lanai are perfect for outdoor living. Six night minimum The space The large primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a separate sitting area and TV and access to the pool. New pillow-top mattress in 2020. The primary bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, and separate toilet room. Bathroom remodeled 2021. On the other side of the house are two additional bedrooms; one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two twin beds. New mattresses in 2026. These bedrooms share a bathroom which has a tub/shower. Bathroom remodeled 2021. The kitchen, living room and formal dining area are open concept. The living room has a large screen TV, couch, and two easy chairs, with direct access to the lanai and pool. There are board games, puzzles, and books available. The formal dining area has seating for six and a lovely mirrored credenza. The well-equipped kitchen has a counter with two bar stools as well as a separate table with four chairs. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and access to the garage. The lanai and pool area are an extension of the house and have a table with six chairs, two sun loungers, a gas barbeque grill, and a small table. Outside the pool cage is a tropical back yard with 24 palm trees, lemon, banana, birds of paradise, and other flowering plants. The garage is equipped with an automatic door opener and miscellaneous items are available for guest use including beach chairs, umbrella, two bicycles, and cooler. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a lock-off closet in the primary bedroom. A few personal items in the third bay of the garage are also off limits to guests. Guests, please be advised that there may not be a full range of household supplies provided for your stay (shampoo, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, tissue, toilet paper, etc.). Some items may be available, but please assume that these items will need to be purchased. Other things to note High speed Internet. Music system can be piped through out the house. There is no telephone land line at the house.
