In our small but fine attic studio, you can enjoy cozy evenings for two or alone on 28 square meters. The space The small, individually furnished kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave (with grill function), fridge, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine and also offers space for an extensive breakfast in the dining area. You will sleep wonderfully next door in your 1.60 x 2 m box-spring bed. A smart TV also makes rainy days pass in no time. From the dining area you can access your bathroom through a restored double door, with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Feel free to use our grilling facilities in the courtyard and spend mild summer evenings. Guest access All our apartments offer free Wi-Fi access and parking on the premises. There is also an opportunity for barbecuing and spending time outdoors. Covered bicycle parking is also available. If you arrive by electric car, you can charge your car during your stay (please contact us in advance). A washer and dryer are located in the basement. Other things to note We warmly welcome you to "Villa B", built in 1910. We, Ines Seyffarth and Peter Domnick, acquired the property in 2017 and renovated it with attention to detail. The "B" in the name stands for Blödner, the name of an important Gotha manufacturer family.
