One third of Little Tippy is preserve, so it is well suited for the angler looking for the perfect spot. Big Tippy (Tippecanoe Lake) is easily accessible via a short channel. The lake view house is just steps from the lake. The main bay windows and the patio face west and make for picturesque sunsets while enjoying a beverage after a fun day on the lake. The house is part of a private lakeside park that is the perfect spot for croquet, cornhole, ladder golf or boccie. The house is 1400 square feet and has space to accommodate 2 families. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Upstairs is the loft with a full bed and two twins.
