Perfectly planned for socializing and entertaining. Allow us to welcome you to a retreat where relaxation, adventure, and refinement converge. Guest access You may arrive any time after check-in time via a keyless entry system. You will have access to the entire home during your stay with the exception of the garage and one room upstairs that is kept for the owner. If you are staying a week or more, laundry room access is provided free of charge. For shorter stays, a small fee will apply to use the washer & dryer. There is also a fee for use of the jacuzzi/ pool heater. Other things to note Required for Booking: - Identity Verified on Platform - Signed Rental Agreement *$125 fee/week for heated pool/hot tub. *$60 fee for laundry room use for reservations less than 6 days. Dog Fee: $75/dog/stay (2 dogs <50 lbs. max) The gardener comes on Wednesdays. Trash Day is on Friday. If you are staying at the property over a Thursday night, please move trash cans to the curb for pick-up Thursday evening. ★ Cleaning & Sanitization ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Stays of four weeks or more are required to have a complimentary cleaning every two weeks.
