Brand new guesthouse by Silicon Valley engineer

Hey, welcome to my guesthouse! As a software product manager, I designed this house with Axure, and monitored its quality from the foundation to the painting. It is challenging and fun! The house is small, but it has everything. Full kitchen, full bath, bedroom with closet, and a quiet study room. Washer&drier, Air condition for cold & warm. I really like its independence, no need to share anything. Also, I like to eat at the bright bay window & bedroom with the beautiful backyard view. The space This house can be a good choice for a business trip since it is very close to companies and Caltrain station. Also good for family trips, close to schools. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the study room also has a sofa bed. It can hold 4 persons at maximum. While it would be at the best status to host two persons. 0.9 miles to Caltrain station(Lawrence), 1 mile to Costco, 0.5 miles to Orange Theory Fitness, Close to Nob Hill Grocery store in the new Monticello Shopping Center, Close to Starbucks, new restaurants.
