We are close and convenient to downtown, shopping, sports stadiums, great restaurants, and just about everything else! The main guest bedroom has a queen size bed; 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed with upper twin bunk bed. Guests can relax in shared areas by the fire, use the kitchen, and use the hot tub year around. Great for one to four people. The space We have the perfect space for your get-away! Our guests use the main hallway and we use the back hallway so you have a lot of privacy and not a lot of direct contact. Guests do have access to mingle and enjoy the common areas, such as the living room and fireplace, kitchen, and deck, at their leisure. Relax by the fire in the winter, use the kitchen, sit on the deck and enjoy our beautiful back yard, or soak year-round in the hot tub. The guest bathroom has been recently remodeled and is for the private use of our guests during their stay. We only accept one set of guests at a time - you do not share the spaces with other AirBnb guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the living room (with fireplace) in the winter, cozy up in the large family room, cook in the kitchen, or hang out on the large deck during the summer (we love our deck!) We will expect open communication regarding shared spaces and social distancing. During your stay We are glad to give our guests their space but love to sit and chat or assist where we can. Other things to note Please note that we do have cats who tend to ignore our guests! Just keep your bedroom door shut and you are golden! Also, this a true Airbnb rental. The guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are exclusively used by you while here, but the rest of the house is shared. There is plenty of room so you can visit if you want or have your own private time.
