The home is equipped with NoiseAware devices to insure no unauthorized parties are happening. Seasaw is under repair currently Children must be supervised when using playground especially trampoline Fireplace is cosmetic only due to insurance and fire safety reasons Pest control black boxes are present inside and outside property due to close proximity to farms We have a private basement for you to use which you are more than welcome to have music and enjoy by the bar but just keep doors closed so neighbours are not disturbed. From time to time the hot tub can have issues we do not offer refunds on stay if an unexpected issue arises with the hot tub. We do try our best to maintain and have a the hot tub up and running but since it contains a lot of delicate pieces things can arise. Please consider this prior to booking. You can see from reviews this is an almost never the case but we do have this warning so guests are not disappointed.
