Welcome to the cottage on Blackberry Lane. We know you will enjoy relaxing inside, however, if time allows explore the property's trails, creeks, and barn. You will be situated in a private cove in some of the best Tennessee landscape. The home was completely remodeled in late 2019. The kitchen is well stocked and has all new appliances. It is open to a nice den with a leather chair and a cozy couch. Front room has a large flat screen TV, with satellite service even extra sports pkg. Look out the front picture window over the property and a beautiful trickling creek. In addition to the 3 beds in rooms, the couch is a futon and there is a single memory foam mattress in closet that can be pulled out. We will be available via text or phone all reasonable hours. We are only a few minutes drive if something is needed quickly. Also have a handy neighbor very close for assistance. We mentioned the two creeks that meet on the property, which is 13 acres. There is a firepit just outside with nice seating, and always dry firewood in the wood shed. The barn is a nice place to get some nature. If feeling up to it, there is a choice of trails to hike labeled easy to difficult. Propane gas grill to use as well. Only a few mins off I40, and only 10 mins from the city square, Tennessee Tech University, CrossFit Mayhem and downtown Cookeville's restaurant row. 20+ mins from a handful of state parks and waterfalls. Upon entrance you will see double gates open for your access. Follow the paved drive to your private parking spot. There are trails to explore, a fresh water natural spring that you can hear gurgling while relaxing around a fire.
