Gîte suitable for teleworking. On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and library, a dining room, a master suite (160 x 200 bed + shower + sink), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have 2 double bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed, 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 90 x 200 beds, a bathroom (bathtub + sink), a dressing room, a toilet. In the basement, you will have access to a laundry room. Outside, you will enjoy a large, unenclosed wooded plot, a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, deckchairs, parking, a garage and a carport under which there is a ping pong table. Heating and electricity are included in the rental price. The beds are made on arrival. The land is enclosed at the back of the house (ideal for children). Only dogs are welcome (no cats).
