On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, living room with TV and library, dining room, master suite (bed 160 x 200 + shower + sink), independent toilet. Upstairs, you will have 2 double bedrooms with each a bed of 140x190, 2 twin bedrooms with each 2 beds of 90x200, a bathroom (bathtub + sink), a dressing room, a toilet. In the basement, you'll have access to a laundry room. Outside, you'll enjoy a large unenclosed wooded lot, terrace with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ, deckchairs, parking, garage, and carport under which there is a ping pong table. Heating and electricity are included in the rental price. The beds are made on arrival. The grounds are enclosed in the back of the house (ideal for children). Only dogs are welcome (no cats).
